1. 实验室现有固定人员55人，其中固定研究人员44人、固定技术人员9人和固定管理人员2人。固定人员中有国家杰出青年基金获得者2人，教育部长江特聘教授1人，从海外引进高层次人才6人，包括千人计划专家4人、青年千人2人。骨干研究队伍中，80%以上具有博士学位和高级技术职称，45岁以下中青年骨干占70%，队伍的年龄和知识结构合理。
